Welcome to Test Your Health. By accessing our website or using our diagnostic and home sample collection services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Availability

Home sample collection services are currently available only in Lucknow and surrounding areas. Availability may vary depending on location, staff availability, or operational constraints. Test Your Health reserves the right to refuse service in any area without prior notice.

2. Sample Collection & Patient Responsibilities

Patients must strictly follow all test-specific instructions provided during booking or by our staff, including fasting or medication guidelines (e.g., 12-hour fasting for Lipid Profile tests).

Failure to comply with these instructions may lead to inaccurate results. Test Your Health shall not be held responsible for incorrect or misleading reports resulting from non-compliance by the patient.

3. Reporting Time

While we aim to deliver reports within 24 hours, certain tests may require additional time due to quality control procedures, technical issues, or the need for re-testing (re-runs). Reporting timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Full payment is required at the time of online booking or during sample collection.
• Test Your Health reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested before sample collection. If a service is cancelled before sample collection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days. No refunds will be provided once the sample has been collected.

In case a test cannot be processed due to internal issues, a re-collection or refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Medical Disclaimer

All reports provided by Test Your Health are intended strictly for diagnostic and informational purposes only. Reports should be interpreted solely by a qualified Medical Practitioner. Test Your Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and medical information collected during booking or testing is used only for service delivery, reporting, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share patient data with third parties except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test Your Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on test reports.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

Test Your Health reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
